Jen Seva currently ships only within India.
Shipping charges
- Kerala: ₹99 per order
- Rest of India: ₹159 per order
- Free shipping: available for eligible orders of ₹999 or more
The applicable shipping charge or free-shipping benefit is shown during checkout.
Order processing and delivery
We process orders for dispatch as promptly as reasonably possible.
Delivery time depends on the destination, courier serviceability and circumstances affecting the carrier.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout, in order communications or by the courier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.
Address and contact details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and reachable phone number.
Changes requested after dispatch may not be possible.

Tracking and delivery issues
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent after dispatch.
If an order appears delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but has not been received, contact us so we can check the shipment with the carrier.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 5 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
This reporting period does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
