These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jen Seva website at jenseva.in and purchases made through the store.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Store and eligibility
Jen Seva operates this online store for customers in India.
You must provide accurate information when placing an order and use the website only for lawful purposes.
2. Products and health information
We aim to describe and display products accurately.
Product packaging, labels or appearance may change from time to time without changing the essential product supplied.
Information on this website is provided for general product information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Prices, availability and orders
Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment, delivery serviceability and our acceptance.
We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been collected, the amount due will be refunded.
4. Payment
Orders must be paid online in advance using the payment methods shown at checkout, such as card or UPI. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
5. Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
Standard shipping charges are:
- ₹99 for Kerala
- ₹159 for the rest of India
- Free shipping for eligible order values of ₹999 or more
Shipping, serviceability and delivery are further governed by our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Please report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 5 days of delivery.
Eligible change-of-mind return requests should also be made within 5 days of delivery.
The customer pays return shipping for an approved change-of-mind return.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, or infringe the rights of Jen Seva or any third party.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content created or owned by Jen Seva, including text, branding, graphics and layout, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may use the website for personal shopping and lawful business enquiries, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
